INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
Modern Oluklu Mukavva Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. has legal and commercial responsibilities to ensure the adequate protection of its data and systems and to manage all kinds of security risks associated with the operation of information technologies. Modern Karton aims to implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001 Standard to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information and communication systems, to manage security risks, and to protect its operational and financial data.
In line with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS and through a risk-based thinking approach and continuous improvement of our processes, we are committed to ensuring that the products and services we provide meet customer needs and expectations, and that the information of our employees, customers, suppliers, and business partners is adequately protected. This Information Security Policy, approved by the Top Management of Modern Karton Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., aims to:
- Protect the organization's information assets against all kinds of threats that may occur intentionally or unintentionally, from inside or outside,
- Protect information against unauthorized access that may compromise its confidentiality and integrity,
- Ensure availability of information in line with business processes,
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements,
- Prepare, maintain, and test business continuity plans,
- Provide information security training to all personnel to raise awareness,
- Conduct risk analysis studies to ensure the effective management of the Information Security Management System,
- Carry out risk assessment, risk analysis, and risk treatment activities to manage information security risks, develop necessary measures, and work to prevent potential risks,
- Detect all actual or suspected information security vulnerabilities and ensure necessary actions are taken,
- Meet business requirements for access to information and information systems,
- Align the processes within the scope with the Information Security Management System,
- Periodically review the performance of our information security management system in achieving its intended outcomes and ensure timely implementation of necessary improvements.
