Modern Ambalaj's quality process is carried out by the Quality Departments under the Central Quality Directorate. Customer satisfaction is prioritized at Modern Ambalaj, which has the mission of "Quality Production" and "We Create Service". Each of our factories has completely autonomous quality teams that are free to evaluate and make objective decisions.

All customer complaints are prioritized and followed up based on the customer visit, root cause determination, action, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the actions taken.

Tests on paper, board, and finished products are performed and recorded in laboratories located throughout Modern Ambalaj's facilities, which are conditioned according to corrugated cardboard working and test values. Because of the large number of laboratories, the data pool has grown, providing the most accurate data for R&D studies.
